DAY TWO - AM

So I just woke up and did the SWF – man, that stuff is narly but definitely necessary. I was happy to discover that the tea I took last night didn’t wake me in the middle of the night, and I actually slept better than I have in weeks. Plus I had fun, vivid dreams! (I never do!) I feel like the cold I had last week is coming back a little bit but from what I’ve read that’s normal – my tongue is already a light white-ish so I guess that I’m already starting to get rid of toxins. I’m a little worried about my ears feeling blocked so I hope I don’t get an ear infection. I’ll have to watch that. Anyway! I just wanted to check in. Good luck everyone! We can do it!!

Day 1: success!

So! Although it wasn’t the easiest thing, I have managed to survive my first day on the MC. The salt water flush was gross but doable and the lemonade is pretty decent. The biggest problem is just being bored—I am a hardcore snacker and I’m hoping this cleanse will help break the habit. I’ve been doing a lot of research online and I’m excited to transition to a raw diet after this. I just have to surive the next 9 days!

Starting today!

So I have been researching this cleanse for about a week and I’ve decided to start today. I didn’t even think about using this board as a forum until now but it seems like a great resource and I’m excited to have the support! If anyone else is starting today and wants to buddy up let me know! :)

I did the Salt Water Flush thing and it wasn’t as bad as I thought. Sure, it’s kind of like you’re drinking the ocean but it’s doable. I made some lemonade but I need to pick up some cayenne later. I read somewhere that you can use ginger instead—anyone thoughts?

This is my first fast/cleanse and I’m doing it to gain balance and clarity. Good luck to everyone!
