Someone walks up to me and says, “you went somewhere?” and immediately my mouth is flooded with a million things I want to tell them….either about Manila, or Maine, or when I went camping with the girl scouts and what a brat I was. And it will flip immediately into what a brat I currently am. And I will stutter or lose my train of thought or worse yet, go “and then like” and all the seriousness that I almost had in that conversation is gone.
