starting today, i’m making a conscious effort to stop cracking my neck. i usually do it out of habit, so what do they say? 30 days to make a habit, 30 days to break a habit?

learn to raise one eyebrow

Ever since I was a little kid I could raise my left eyebrow, and a few years ago I practiced with my right eyebrow and now I can raise them separately. I’ve been told that my eyebrows are very expressive; most of my friends can tell how I’m doing just based on my eyebrows!



see the grand canyon
