I have such low energy these days. I have been doing a lot of research and i think this would help, especially if I can eat less sugar. I don’t feel that I need to follow a super strict macrobiotic diet, but if I could seriously reduce the amount of sugar and also processed food that I eat, it would help a lot
I really want to be able to write better and more naturally. Often, I panic and procrastinate writing because I am feel that I am not very good. Writing more will help me to improve, at least in theory…
