How I did it
How I did it: I started by drinking a tall glass of water in the morning when I first get up. Then drinking one with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and before bed. I found that for the first few days I was running to the bathroom several times a day, but now I can drink a whole lot of water and be just fine. Not everyone drinks enough water.
