Eat less SALT! Say no to Lean Cuisines. 3 months ago

Who would have thunk that trying to turn Weight Watchers into Jenny Craig or Nutisystem would fail me miserably. So I have not been having much luck this summer with the weight loss. Inturn I talked with the leader who pointed out all the Lean Cuisines meals.

I guess I have become lazy living by myself and because of that have had a poor reaction to too much salt in the frozen meals and am super bloated! Eating Lean Cuisines for lunch and dinner i guess is too much for my un-salty ways. I am now going back to cooking, which I love doing, and going to make it WORK for me by my lonesome.

Soccer again? 3 months ago

I made it to the gym today! Yay and did a half hour of cardio and biking and I feel great. I think I am going to try to do half an hour of cardio a day, and on opposing days do the circuit training. I also might start up playing soccer on Sundays. Wish me luck.

Getting motivated! and tracking. 3 months ago

So today even though I have trouble getting up early I did it! I immediately went to the 24 hour light down the street and did the circuit training. I also printed out a calender till December and am going to track my activity. I hope looking at it on the back of my door will get me motivated.
