How I did it: I faced two major hurdles in achieving this goal. Originally, this goal was to get up when my alarm goes off. However, since I take a while to become alert in the morning, I decided to change this goal to "get up two snoozes after my alarm clock goes off". How I did it: I took the 240 question test at http://www.authentichappiness.sas.upenn.edu/Tests/SameAnswers_t.aspx?id=310. The test evaluates strengths in 24 different areas.
