well i started off with eating better. that wasn’t taking me anywhere after 2 weeks. So I added exercise 4 times a week on set dates.
I lost 2 lbs this month. not the 4 i had hoped for but still i could have done worse.

I have informed my boss that my last day would be the end of april, after that it’s just moving on up there.
it’s almost scary.
Each time I take a little break and then go out and shoot, I come back with tons of photos, and it takes forever to pick out the ones I think stand out more then the others. It’s hard sometimes because it can mean choosing between two very simalar photos with only very slight differences in composition or lighting.
However I do feel that with each new shoot I do I Improve. I feel I have improved already this year. Maybe it’s because I am feeling rather happy/content right now in all aspects of my life.
