Unbelievable how much better hom brewed beer tastes compared to the mass marketed junk. So many types to try and experiment with!

I did this for one spring / summer / fall until it went into the 40’s and then I started having problems with gelling. It was also dificult driving an hour to the closest place to purchase B100.

Good all purpose scripting language. Not an expert, don’t use it often enough, but very good at it when necessary.
