How I did it: I searched the best activity for me. I wish to play volley, however I never found enough people for that =(, so I entered in a gym and started to go at least 3 times per week. The exercises left me less hungry! For example, I used to eat a Big Mac, but now I can't eat it all. I just eat about 3 quarters with much effort. Finally I have some time to search for some work while I’m doing college. In the past semesters, my classes were in ungrateful times.
So I’m sending my curriculum to everywhere. But it’s really more difficult than I thought. =(
The body-building is being SO MUCH PLEASURABLE!!! I was going 3 times per week, but yesterday I decided to go 5 times per week, just resting on weekends. My boyfriend and a friend helped and encouraged me to take this decision. So today I went to gym again to talk with my instructor and he made a new serie for me. It was divided in A and B. One day I work the upper body and in the next day I work the lower body, and so on. And everyday I do some abs (yes, the terrible one) and treadmill. But it’s really wonderful. Everyday I get out the gym tired, but happy and full of energy.
