How I did it: Just go! Part of me just wanted to run away because i felt so gross having been sweating like crazy for 90mins, but the second the class if finished and i had a shower i felt INCREDIBLE.defs doing it again! Read how I did it…
How I did it: Basically I stopped eating chicken when i was younger cause i had pet chickens. I slowly stopped eating red meat in high school, and it took a year before i really just had no desire for meat at all. In my experience, once you stop eating meat for long enough, the mere THOUGHT of eating it makes you feel ill. I have finally booked in a lesson and cant wait to get into it!!
Had my first class today – what a challenge! I already feel good though, I hope I can stay disciplined and keep coming back :D
Tea with soy milk :) I find im a bit of a sugar addict and drink way too many hot chocolates at night!
I want to start drinking tea instead, not only is it wayyy healthier, but i wont go through those sugar highs and lows!
