Started watching them...

Started watching them while I was on the treadmill which helped pass the time. Purchased more so it will be awhile before I’m “done” but would still like to try.

Why did I put this off for so long?

It wasn’t that hard once I put my mind to it and TOOK ACTION!! I think I was worried about it being perfect, but once I let go of that hang up, I was able to just do it!



eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day
Worth doing!

I actually enjoy eating healthy…it just takes more time to cut up vegetables or slice fruit than to open a bag of chips, but, hey, the benefits are worth it!
