but i’ve made some slow progress :) i’ve basically changed my diet around and that helped out A LOT. i cut out all the junk and i actually started to exercise rather than just exercise when i feel like it. exercise helps so much because before i did, i used to get really bad back pain. when i exercise enough, it goes away and my doctor recommended that i continue exercising in order to keep the pain away.
so, for now, here are my stats:
starting weight: 147
goal weight: 125-130ish
current weight: 141.5
i’m slowly getting there! summer is my rebuilding time!
i can see the sunrise over the city again in the mornings when i take my bus. here’s a pic right before i got on the bus… the colors in the sky in the picture still amaze me.
