A friend found me a rusty 100 year old cast iron apple cider press in his dad’s garage. Bought it for $40. Still sandblasting all the parts and re-assembling it with Andy’s help. Should be done for next fall’s apple cider season.
we drank our first homemade hard cider & wine this year. i made still cider this year but want to try the type with the champagne yeast next year for a sparkling version. Not too hard!
