I lost 10- so changed my goal back to 40- this one is really really hard for me. I got some new dvds and have been working out with them. consistency. yeah. now if only I could buy that on dvd. :-) but really, I’m thinking about doing the master cleanse. AND I think I’m going to dream up some synergistic goals right now…. AND another thing: I think I’m going to shift my outlook on this to “Building self worth through doing things that are good for me ever day” instead of “you’ll suck until you’ve lost all of the weight.”

How I did it: the training dvd is thorough and worked perfect on my stubborn doggy-wog. Sure, she still tries to lay on the ground and rub it off but at least we can take a jog or a walk without her pulling me off my feet. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I watched countless hours of bad television which numbed my mind enough to allow for ridiculously long days spent stitching. I also quit my social life, exercising, house cleaning. Basically I gave up on balance and went balls out.I watched entire seasons of television shows I don't even necessarily like but were available at the public library:CharmedSix Feet UnderBattlestar GalacticaPopular (probably the most wretched of the bunch- sorr… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I just made a really really basic shape but used fabric I liked. It takes less time than you think it will when you start. Easy as pie. Don't forget to iron everything as you go- ironing really really helps the finished product look nice. Read how I did it…

raw food is awesome- this just isn’t a priority right now. I have a big garden and a csa share and I’m happy eating my boring but delicious salads and crudite for the time being.
www.etsy.com makes this really easy- I’ve been able to buy so much here. they have really incredible soaps and body products not to mention clothes, gifts, stationary…. I’m totally addicted and spend so much time on this site I’m a wee bit ashamed. but i love every second of it.
