Rejection is an awful thing to go through. Makes us question many basics like self worth, ability to choose relationships, plans for the future. Everything that has been routine gets changed. Please, try to forgive and move on. Change often is a wonderful thing. It’s OK to grieve the loss, but then move on. God bless….
Start slowly and work up to strength training. Use the fitness tools I have on a daily plan. Measure my progress and brag a little.
