here are a few things that i’ve learn so far from others
1. when talking to someone on the phone, try to smile because your smile will be felt.
2. smile a lot on a daily basis, even when you’re sad.
3. let out a breath or two when you feel stressed. this really works… notice how smokers are so relaxed? well, let’s just ignore what they’re smoking but how they do it.. they breath in and out like sighing. so next time you feel stressed, try breathing out instead of going for a smoke.
4. make better friends.
5. look back each day on your mistakes at the end of the day. learn from it and move on.

i can’t get over him. it’s been a whole year and everyday my mind always wanders back to him. i thought i was getting better but today an old friend of mine told me that he and his ex got back together and immediately i started hoping my ex will come back to me too.. i was so stupid that i checked all my emails, including the junk mail, to see if he emailed me or something. how stupid can i get? he doesn’t love me anymore.. why do i still have such strong feeling toward him? i’m afraid i’ll can never love anyone like i loved him.

well this is my last year in college and i feel like very much alone… a horrible breakup and now the last year of college, i have no idea what to do after graduation. so scared of the future. people i know are moving away, doing their own things… and i’m still trapped in self inflected misery… wish i could be more confident in my self and my future.
