How I did it: I worked two jobs and went to school. I had to cut down school to part time, and worked full-time at a computer store and part time in a restaurant. I like sushi. I like In-N-Out burger. So I cannot just say “no meat ever again.”
So I have decided to only eat meat that someone else prepares in a resturaunt if there are no appetizing vegetarian dishes. I won’t make meat at home, as touching/seeing it makes me feel a little sick.
I transferred to the Art Institute of CA in San Francisco. SO yes, finally A. back in school full time and B. one step closer to that degree.
