What a beautiful day today, and worthy of appreciation. And I was grateful for things like:

1. Being on the couch this morning. Exactly where I should have been, no more no less.
2. Sunny day with the kids, so warm in fact Conrad and I had our shirts off.
3. Wrestling with my kids, they won’t stop until I am defeated!
4. Lots to do this week, linking up with new and old friends. Especially with old, fun, awesome friends I worked with in harsh times.
5. A chat this evening that always cracks me up. Wit is sexy, you know.

to the rescue? Need to see what he’s doing, I am pretty fearless but really have a strong fear that I need to deal with. I’ll put up the bat signal and see if I get a response.

Now that I am wide awake still, I should post a few thoughts on appreciation for:

1. Good PT in the morning again, I sure feel yesterday but this is what keeps me coming back to fitness: it simply feels great.
2. Staying back and doing some work to learn how to manipulate the satellite imagery.
3. A funny comment I made to the French dudes on my course. We all started laughing.
4. A great nap in evening after being power drunk for a couple of hours after work, hahaha.
5. Meeting up with Marie, it was really no stress which is cool.
