After only two attempts I managed to finish day three of week three! I’m now finally moving to week four. I’m quite sure I will have to work for some time on the fourth week, too because the number of push ups in one training session goes up to 160 at the last day…
Apart from the low progress I am quite happy with the results aka. some muscles start to show.

I finally finished day two of week three with a surplus of 5 push ups! It took me some weeks of training to finally do this. I don’t think the program on hundredpushups.com is realistic. At least for me it didn’t work out.
I will try to finish the 100 pushups though. I just no longer think that a seven week program works. I will just take my time. Repeating days from the program as long as i have to!

Failed again, but this time i was only three push ups short. I guess next time i’ll be able to finish that day.
