I started with a poetry blog.
Then after 2 years I had enough to either publish one big fat book called The Alternative Poetry Book or seven slim ones called the Alternative Poetry Books.

I decided on the seven slim ones after asking my blog readers which they would prefer.

Each one will be identified by their edition colour and once a reader has all seven they will have a rainbow of poetry books for their shelf :)

The first one is Alternative Poetry Books – Yellow edition at the printers now and should be available for purchase September/October 2009

The second one will be Alternative Poetry Books – Pink edition which should be out in October/November 2009

The third one Alternative Poetry Books – Blue edition should be out in November/December 2009

There is a free e-book ‘taster’ of the Yellow edition at BookBuzzr I would be interested to see any reviews you might be kind enough to take the time out to add to my reviews page on that site.

I will be adding the purchasing information to that site once it is available.

The first of the series of seven – Alternative Poetry Books – Yellow edition by Michele Brenton is currently at the printers for the proof copy.

The second – Alternative Poetry Books – Pink edition is being compiled and I have the Blue edition planned next and the full series should be available by June 2010.
