BEST MOVE EVER! 
How I did it: We were preparing to move and doing a major clean-out. We decided to get rid of all of our TVs. I don't miss it. I don't miss the biased media feeding my head with gloom and doom and misinformation (that right now belongs exclusively to the internet) and endless insanely inane advertising. ambivalent 
How I did it: We initially worked the "FSBO" option and had a buyer lined up. We moved most of our stuff to storage. On closing the title company pissed the buyer off and he walked away from our handshake deal. Then the market crashed.Then we hired a severly depressed realtor who did nothing for the entire contract...Then we hired another realtor who managed to get us an asking price half way between what we had the first buyer online for and what… Read how I did it…
