This is so hard but now I’ve given up junk food and bread (my biggest downfall) for Lent I’m hoping that the binges will stop. Hey, maybe I’ll lose a few too!

Well, I went three times last week… Can I may it four this week? Hmm, might do all week and have Friday off. I’m off junk food and bread for Lent so hope I lose a bit of weight!
