...is not as easy as one thinks. For if loving others were easy more of us would do it well, at least that is what my logic would tell me. It seems nebulous this idea of loving others well.
How does one do it?
In Random Acts of Kindness or Planned, Thoughtful Acts of Kindness or Spontaneous Acts of Kindess or none of the above because you can’t put a title, a moniker, a label on love.
The Bible is one place to start, especially in the words of Jesus. His call to love others is famous, replicated by others, but not carried out so well all the time by the mass majority of those who read them and believe them.
One can only love well if they live it, in a posture of humility that says they are always learning, and that they’ve never got it right fully and never will until they die.
So, I’d rather have died trying every day than not.
Something else- I’d like to try learning to love a whole bunch of different people especially those that love doesn’t come easy to my heart or tongue or mind.
