How I did it: Decided to actually do it. Made plans with my dad to go. I've tried to organize my life more and set time aside to do things that interest me. I've been sitting down sunday evenings and planning which weeknights i'd like to save to do things I want to do, like shop or exercise or bake or see friends. It has helped me actually do a lot of things I've wanted to for a while. Read how I did it…
How I did it: My dad wanted to lose a bunch of weight and get healthy since his dad died of a heart attack at a young age. I told him I would run with him, to have a partner in the battle sort of. We set the goal of running a half marathon in September, so I quit drinking for the most part and have been running gradually more and more every week. Read how I did it…
