I went to the Martha Stewart show and it was ok. They had a great cook but the rest of the show was about making toys out of cardboard…I was the one that was bored!!
I think the View this week, Regis and Kelly, GMA and I’ll see who else might be fun.

How I did it: went to my favorite hotels and resturants, got a glass of wine, opened my journal and asked them for a pen/pencil. it doesn't cost them anything and by giving to me, they get free advertising Read how I did it…
How I did it: I got angry that my job search was stalled so I took a leap of faith, contact every organization I belong to and asked them if the knew of anyone hiring or had any job leads. I got replies. If you don't ask you won't know. Read how I did it…
I was having surgery on the 22nd and while doing pre-surgery things was told that the anesthesiologist had the same name as I did. WHA??? How can that be?? Well she did, and the morning of my surgery we met, shared a joke and as she put me to sleep she was comforting and reassuring. I loved meeting her. What’s more…there is another ‘me’ that works in the food services dept – so I’m going to meet her soon.
It was weird, but SOO worth it!
I’ve actually connected with 20 so far. As I said it gave me such joy and it’s so much fun to look at people and see if they’ve changed. Some of these guys I remember from the ages of 16 and now we are all in our late 30’s- late 40’s. It really brought back so many fun memories of our ‘teen club’ with Fr. Kavanagh on Wed. nights at the church and the retreats – OH THE RETREATS!!! The spirit and vitality of those times are what I miss and am working to recapture this year. I know that the blessing of FB is that I can connect with these guys and we’ve already started planning a reunion – oh man!! That will be a blast!!
