I’ve lost 35 pounds since last summer and did it the hard way, like everything else in my life:) I haven’t spent a freaking cent on Jenny or any other weight loss trend. You don’t really need to. These feed on your insecurities and especially those of women, particularly vain and sensitive about their appearance. And it’s a crime. All we need to do is stick to the four food groups, cut out the crap eating, cut out he alcohol and stop eating at night. That’s the killer but it’s possible with a little will power. If you must eat at night keep it LIGHT. Keep the fruit draw stocked. Cereal digests very well at night and there’s always just something to drink. Get breakfast as often as possible. I try to stay at 1500 cals a day and save the bulking for dinner. I also have to adjust my diet for the coumadin I have to take now. Some foods don’t react well to it. No more cranberry for me and I have to watch the greens.
Excersise safely as often as possible. Don’t go all femgaynazi on yourself. Everyone can lose a pound a month. Start small. Stop focusing on the career workout cunts that love to brag about their suffering and think depriving themselves means their overcoming. If you eat balanced you’ll be agreeing as you suck down that tuna melt:)
