As a QA, I need to learn at least the basics of UML. I plan to do this mostly through various online resources. I hope to post a note in a couple of weeks about my progress.

One of my colleagues in my last work place was from China and was kind enough to start me off. Chinesepod is an excellent site to build your mandarin from the bottom up. Lately, I’ve fallen behind my goals… but hopefully will be able to pick up early next year.
