I did this for several years but a long term illness broke me of the habit, time to start up again.
I would place this discipline in the top 10 best things I have ever done for myself in my entire life.
I followed Julia Cameron’s “Artist’s Way” and wrote 3 pages per day for several years – it changed my life in a positive way. I think I’ll start again . . .
