with fam reunion, high holidays, and rescheduling labs and exams… sleep is seriously lacking. hence no workouts =( aiming to get this week’s labs done monday, so after yom kippur, if all goes well, should be able to get to the gym.

How I did it: i wrote down what i ate and used that to plan for the next day. usually my days would start the previous evening (ie. friday night is start of saturday). the spreadsheet i made went like this:meats/proteins, oils, breads/carbs, vegies, fruit, dairies, spices, starchy veg, nuts. (horizontal) and the day of the week vertically. Read how I did it…
How I did it: called, filled out online sheet, sent in my pair to get checked, asked for another pair like them for my brother. they sent them back in a pretty little bag too. Read how I did it…
How I did it: i go through words until i find one i don't know. then i add it to a new list on quizlet.com. a few good sources of words are: gre practice tests, number2.com vocab builder, or gredic.com. i do this until i get 7 or more words. then i go through learn mode or scatter mode with them. every morning and evening i go through all previous sets combined in learn mode. after asking askmoses.com and my local rabbi, i decided to go with esofer.com. they also do tefillin check-ups so i sent my pair in. and instead of guessing the names and types, i just asked for a similar pair for my brother. on the phone they’re really nice and efficient. hoping all works out and that they’ll be back soon.
i’d like to go to south or central america and study spanish and dance and maybe wilderness survival (especially tolerance to insects) for the next trip. decemberish. need to order tickets soon.
