bought an investment property 16 months ago

Well I’ve thought about the best way I can gain wealth to retire at 60 and I’ve gone and bought an investment property. I’ve got renters and the settlement date is on Tuesday. I’ve done all the numbers and I should be able to still live on the money left over after I pay 2 morgages but I won’t know for sure until I try. Maybe if all goes well I’ll be able to afford another investment property in about 12 months time.

pass all my subjects this semester (read all 5 entries…)
I passed! 16 months ago

I actually got a credit and a distinction which I’m thrilled about. I really didn’t think I’d be able to do 2 subjects while working full time but I did it. I’ve gone back to 1 subject this semester as I want to have some live outside of work and study! I’ve now done 8 subjects out of 12 towards my masters! yipee!

Read a book during mid semester break

I read “The Field” which was about the zero point field in quantum physics and how it could explain shared human experience, telepathy, remote viewing etc. Pretty interesting book. And I finished it just in time as my reading material for next semester’s uni has just been shpiped out to me!
