Happy New Year to everyone starting new routines.
Once again this year, fitness in on my list. I haven’t set any kind of weight loss number. Instead, I’m just going to focus on trying to add some physical activity to my routine.
Since I am not at all athletic, I’ve chosen walking. Luckily, my family just adopted a new dog. Hopefully, she will help motivate me during these cold winter months.
Anyone else hoping to walk for fitness in 2008?
