i am going to go to a guided meditation on friday evenings, as well as practice on my own…i would really appreciate any suggestions as to any great cd’s…thank you in advance

joining in july 3 years ago

i will join the beginners yoga class in town july 1st. my goal is to be fit enough to re-join pilates september 1st. and do the youga 2x a week and the pilates 2x a week as well.

i think a major aspect of becoming more spiritual is becoming more self aware (another closely related goal) and to become more focused in general. and excellent way of achieving this is through meditation (another goal of mine).
