Have challenged myself this year to losing 20 lbs or so. To feel better about myself by looking better. Have been exercising almost everyday. Cardio for 30 minutes and really watching the food. Have managed to drop 2 lbs. But the past two days have been non stop eating. I started with McDonalds for dinner with my son and have been into the ice cream and junk ever since. A female monthly thing I suspect which causes even the walls to look appealing.

The parent as the example

Our children watch everything we do and say. They are constantly observing us and our behaviour. And it is us who teach them what is acceptable and what is not.
I will strive to be a better example to my son. I will promise to make better food choices for both of us. I will chose not to say things in front of him he should not hear. I will be sure he sees me treat people around me with love and respect. I have already made the goal to be the best mom to my son and will try my uptmost to keep this one. He is definitely worth it.

Woke up early and did 20 min of exercise bike
Went to gym today and did 40 min of treadmill
Working on the new me each and every day. Will do it. WE can all do it.
