How I did it: one of the biggest things that kept me from making art was thinking that i wasn't good enough. so many doubts in my mind, comparing myself to others, being way too harsh on myself. it all held me back and left me with nothing but a blank page! i had to learn that not everything will be perfect. sometimes the drawing won't turn out the way i like it to! it happens to everybody. the book "art & fear" is an excellent resource (go read it… Read how I did it…
How I did it: first, i gained a thorough understanding of nutrition through working with a registered dietician. i think that knowing how your food came to be and how your body uses the food really helps.i gradually added more fruits and veggies to my meals. i started off by adding a couple baby carrots to my dinner. i like broccoli so i added some to my lunch. eventually i started having apples and raspberries with my breakfast. just remember that the… Read how I did it…
