How I did it: nanowrimo.org was AMAZING. The goal is to write 50,000 words in 30 days (during the month of November) and NaNoWriMo offers a place to track your word count, track your friends' word counts, and talk with other NaNo authors. People from all over the world do this! It was incredibly helpful to be able to see what is jogging others' imaginations when you're stuck and to know that SO many other people are doing this RIGHT NOW. It was incredible! Read how I did it…
Sir has agreed to permanently mark me in the form of a tattoo. He’s been trying to come up with the design he wants. It’s only a matter of time now.
I’m doing good at this. I started four weeks ago, and I’ve tried vegetable lasagna, southern oven fried chicken, honey mustard pork chops, oven-roasted corn on the cob, and four cheese macaroni. I’ll be trying a homemade lasagna recipe tonight, and next week will be spaghetti with pesto and tomatoes.
