i rode round and round our township last night. I zigzagged around the golf course in the cool evening air, up and down small hills, but I only got off my bike to push it uphill just once. And this was a relatively large hill. but it was great.
I went home after about an hour and a half, my cheeks cold, my back moist from sweat, my legs shaky and uneasy, but it was the most fun I had riding a bike in 20 years.
