Decided on the pattern. Still has little stitches. Bought the yarn at Strings and Strands in Atlanta. Very nice yarn shop with a very helpful owner. (Thanks.) Nice pima cotton in a lovely aqua color. Now to start.

I bought two pattern books and of course, the ones we both like are tiny little stitches, but oh so cute. Need to decide if I’m in it for a year of little stitches or if I should convince her bulky is in style and finish it before scorching weather invades.

Today was really hard for me. My partner is working in another state for the next few months and I’m handling things solo. It seems I can parent well or get things done, but not both. I hate schedules and prefer to go with the flow. I’m debating on introducing more structure to the day.
