A fantastic cruise with my family is coming up this fall. 5 more countries – Italy, Spain, Monaco, Malta and Tunisia. Can’t wait!

This was really my parents’ goal, because they started when I was 4, but I would recommend it for anyone, and feel like I had a much richer childhood because of it. Every summer we would drive from Iowa to visit one or more of the states, going east one year and west the next. Their original plan was to do the 48 continental states in 10 years, but I’m thankful that bonus trips to Hawaii and Alaska worked out.
