Went to the grocery store yesterday. Made bean salad and cornbread yesterday. Making black bean chili today. Haven’t spent any more $ on food – it’s only been a day and a half. By that statement, I really needed to cut down. Oh wait, I did spend $ on onion rings and tator tots after two beers and a shot last nite… dang it!
Psoas Stretch: Stand in a lunge. Raise arm on same side as foot back. Bend laterally to the opposite side. Turn neck toward raised arm.
Glute strengthener: Lie down. With knees bent, “pinch” bottom up.
Butt blaster machine at gym.
Buy tennis shoes. :-(
