I did it the bad way, i went from drinking an outragous amount to just plain out stopping. the headaches came and went but now im starting on week 11 of being soda free, i drink a lot of water and sometime liptons lemon iced tea. through it all i kept telling myself “i will stop drinking it” instead of “ill try to stop drinking it” you would be suprised how much that helps. now its on to stop having fast food
