End of week 5 and heading into week 6.
Was supposed to be heading to the gym at work but it’s not going to work with my schedule which is a bummer because I needed to use the machines to break out of my current lower body plateau.
The hydroxycut doesn’t seem to be doing anything that I can feel, but I was only on 4 a day which will increase to 6 this week and then 8 a day every week after that.
I’m looking a lot better in clothes now, but now that I’ve lost a whole heap of fat, it’s showing up how much mass I’ll need just to get back to the mass of fat that I had.
I will be adding Tai Chi and Pilates to the regime now which will mean weights 3 times a week, cardio 3 times a week, pilates and tai chi every morning intermittently.
I love having the time to do this, but the more I do, it’s like the more I want to do on top of that.
