I did this for the first time in January ‘06 . . . my hair was seriously past my butt and I cut 12 inches off to donate. It really didn’t feel that different, and I felt so great (cliche, but so true) about doing it.

And then I did it again six months later in July . . this time cutting 20 inches off total (18 when to LOL, the other went to styling) . . . it was so weird having my hair up to my ears, but I got used it it and now someone who really needs the hair can have it :)

Specfically, I want to do this onstage, covered in green makeup whilst singing my hear out…
