How I did it: http://www.precisionnutrition.comNot a shameless plug... but seriously how I did it. Its not about diets, its about changing your habits.5+ hours of exercise a week: If you dont think you can fit it into your schedule, you need to re-evaluate your priorities. I currently workount 12 hours a week, but fitness is a very high priority for me these days.Eat often, and small servings: Cutting out the bad foods, and managing the cravings wasn't… Read how I did it…
How I did it: well, for 7 years i just went out every weekend or every other weekend. grabbed some different friends each time, or made some new ones along the way. Read how I did it…

I could say its done… but I think this one will stay on my list.
I am working out 12 hours a week now. 5 hours at the gym, and 6 hours in the dojo.
But I’d still like to keep the goal, for when my workouts and training as finished. Take up other things like rowing, cycling, running, swimming, just be more active in life… associate with active people.
so i now workout 4 times a week in martial arts, and most weeks workout at the gym 3-4 times a week, as well as throwing in the odd bit of yoga for balance.
and generally, it feels good.
now i have to work on being more active without dedicating hours of the day to exercise. for example: taking the stairs instead of the lift, not getting home from work and just sitting in front of the tv. things like that.
