I’ve been singing in the ALTARed band since 7th grade.. nearly three years. At the beginning, we were given little solo parts to sing, but now all I ever get to do is sing backup.
Which I really love—I love singing, no matter what, really! It’s just, part of me wants to take it a little further, to prove what kind of musician I really am.
Brooke has offered me several times to sing a solo… but I’m always too afraid to take it.
But I will do it before I graduate.

I’d like to write my own music. Unfortunately, I don’t know very much about writing songs. Also, the only instrument I can play is piano… besides singing, which I am kind of good at.
The problem is not the words, it’s the actual music part. I am always so inspired by music, it just makes me want to make my own!

I’m only a sophomore, but I’ll need to figure this out soon.
All I know is… I want to go to school on the east coast. But I live in Indiana and will get free tuition if I go to a state school.
And what am I going to study?????
