There are lots of free podcasts around that will help you while learning foreign languages. I’ve just discovered them and I’ve decided to subscribe to a few of the best ones. So far so good. I remember more Spanish than I thought. And German too. I’ve also found one podcast which is excellent for learning French from scratch.

One of my general goals is to “learn languages”. It’s going to take a while before I accomplish that, since there are so many languages that I want to learn. Therefore, here is another goal, a more specific one: learn French.
My goal is to get through all the French language courses that I own. I’m setting this goal as my first personal challenge.
...are a huge part of my life. One of the most admirable achievements a person can accomplish (according to me) is to write a book that says something about life. I want to do that.
I’ve been working on a book for a decade. I have written and rewritten large parts of my novel over and over again. I’m never satisfied with the result.
In order to get better at writing and achieving what I want I need to practise more. Unfortunately, my health problems keep me from writing as often as I want.
My goal:
- short writing sessions (so as not to affect my health)
- write as often as possible, 5 mins a day is better than nothing
- write about anything, writing in itself is an achievement
