How I did it: I promise you, the worst thing you could ever do when trying to get over someone is keeping them around. If you want to stop constantly thinking about them, then remove them from your life. Avoid them as much as possible, get rid of anything and everything that reminds you of them, and start doing things for yourself. It's hard, and you aren't going to want to, but it must be done. I am trying to grow my hair long, but simply can’t wait anymore. It’s been about 3 years since my hair has grown longer in length, because of the damage I have put it through, but now the damage hair is almost completely grown out and I am ready for my long hair! If anyone has any tips, please let me know!
