my name is bella and im 17. I have been struggling with my weight for years and have finally hit my highest weight 119 lbs i wanna get back below 100. Well my plan is to blog on here my progress and give you guys the support and advice you need, just hope you guys can return the favour. I remember when this site was a haven for people like us, i just wish it could be like that again. Will update later on.

Well I have been doing great in the last three days. Been attending fat burner and pilaties classes and my calories have been low also. I have lost so far 0.5 kg which is good for three days. I like doing this slow, its not as hard to keep on track.

Hey guys and girls,
Today was quite a good day, I went to fat burner class this morning which went for and hour and a half, and im fairly sure i burnt alot of calories lol I also went to pilaties this arvo which was nice, it made me all relaxed and calm which is great.
I drank alot of water too which is great for me, coz i often go throughout the day without drinking anything, which is unhealthy i know.
Well today my calories could have been higher, it was 650 but i have some milky ways to boost it up.
Breakfast: cereal (114.5)
Recess: grapes (103.1)
Lunch: tuna and cruskits with cheese, ham and tomato (254.7)
Arvo Tea: Plum ( 32.8)
Dinner: vegies and ham ( 157.9)
Extras: 2 cans coke zero (2.2), 3 milky ways (186.6)
Total: 849.6
Well thats it for me, hope i can stay on track. I have to say that eating in moderation is a better way to lose weight than skipping meals, im much more consistent in healthy eating this way. Hope everyone is doing great. Sorry for the long post.
