If Only 4 weeks ago

I’ve always felt there is more to life than what is. I’ve always been intrigued by buddhism and now, the more I look into it, the more I just want to drop everything, give up everything and join a monastery. I want to find enlightenment, I want to find my personal truths, find what really matters – and I don’t believe NOT doing this in this lifetime is an option. :)

learn to dance

I'm scared 4 weeks ago

So, we’re going to a halloween rave on the 24th and I am way nervous because I DONT KNOW HOW TO DANCE!

I told my friends how freaked out I am and they just said, “Don’t worry sweetie, nobody will be watching your every move… and if they do, people will just think you’re fucked up on X and it’ll be cool!”

Hah. I like that perspective, but I’m still nervous. I know I’m just sposed to let the music move me or whatever, but it just doesn’t move me pretty lol I am not coordinated enough to move my arms and feet at the same time… Hopefully the fact that my costume is insane will just distract people and nobody will care? We’ll see how it goes.

Go to a rave

I have always wanted to go to a rave, and this year my best friend and I are finally doing it! We got invited to this Halloween rave in Colorado and I am not missing it for the world! We’re being the Red Queen and the Mad Hatter :)

I can’t wait!
