How I did it: It something that just happened so slowly I didnt realize it had happened til today. But now that im realizing it ,I notice how light i feel now. I feel 1oo pounds lighter than I use toIm not sure how it happened. I think if you jst make an effort to be happy, surround yourself with funny people, positive people and keep reminding yourself that nothing is as bad as it seems than you'll be fine. I make people laugh all the time, but theres somedays when i get really shy and start acting really weird and uncomfortable .. I dont know why it happens..my insecurities get the best of me.. I wish i knew how i could stop feeling like that and jst be me with now worries???? i jst dont know.
