I just don’t seem to learn.
This week I’m going to try especially hard not to procrastinate. The wall chart is going back up, along with a list of things I have to do, and a reminder that certain activities (mindlessly browsing the internet & watching southpark) are procrastination and I should stop now. These will all be placed in plain view.
I’m also going to make my housemate my accountabilibuddy. I’ll tell him what I should be doing, and then he’ll ask to see if I’ve done it by the end of the day. If I haven’t then it’ll be embarrassing so it should motivate me.

That was the favourite moment of my life so far!!
I am so happy :)
I only did 3 sets but I was so in control and enjoying the moment that it would be stupid to say this goal isn’t complete. Next time when I’ll be more prepared I can only hope that it goes as well :D
i’ll post a link to the website which the video is on when I find out what it is
(should be www.unisgottalent.com i think)

Okay so I’ve been injured for a while, then I didn’t do any excersise over xmas/exams, and now (unsuprisingly I suppose) my muscles have atrophied and I don’t have the strength to execute moves with style, or the stamina to have a set longer than 30 seconds..
I’m getting in as much practice as possible – sneaking it in between lectures, but I don’t think 4 sets is going to happen this performance. I’ll be happy with two physically undemanding sets so long as they go okay and I don’t freeze up under pressure, because that means next time I’ll know I at least have the right mindset, and by then I’ll have the body and the practice capable of doing it.
Performance is day after tomorrow..
